## 2. Whole Cheesecakes and Slices

Whole cheesecakes are available for purchase through our website and may be shipped where available.

Individual slices are not available for nationwide shipping and may only be available for in-person purchase, pickup, pop-up events, or local sales opportunities as determined by La Signature Cheesecakes.

Because cheesecakes are perishable, shipping times and available delivery dates may be limited. Orders may be shipped on specific days of the week to help reduce the risk of weekend delays, carrier holding periods, or extended transit times.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, La Signature Cheesecakes is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, address errors, missed deliveries, inaccessible delivery locations, or other circumstances outside of our control.
